Kenston admin changes

Kenston Schools families will see several changes in administrative positions for the 2011-12 academic year, as one change snowballed into several.

Following the resignation of Assistant Superintendent Jack Thompson, who was hired as the new Perry Schools superintendent, Nancy Santilli was approved by Kenston’s board for the open position. Santilli currently serves as Kenston High School principal.

Kenston’s board this week approved the following administrator adjustments:
- High School Associate Principal Jeremy McDevitt will become the principal next year.
- High School Assistant Principal Tom Gabram will take McDevitt’s place as associate principal.
- Auburn resident Adam Fender will become the middle school assistant principal. According to Kenston Schools spokeswoman Katy McGrath, Fender previously served Euclid Schools as elementary principal, assistant principal and middle school science teacher.
